We offered the option of being named or remaining anonymous. Among the people who were interviewed, surveyed or both, 35 opted to be named and are listed below. We thank them and everyone we contacted for their involvement. This list also includes several additional indie info providers who filmed videos associated with this report.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-gridible-responsive-spacer\" style=\"height:32px\"
