Prior to joining CNTI, Sam earned his M.A. and Ph.D. in Political Science from SUNY-Stony Brook. His research interests are in political behavior and quantitative methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sam has experience teaching undergraduate courses on the U.S. Presidency, U.S. Congress, and political informatics, and he remains an adjunct lecturer at Stony Brook.
