An engineer of the prestigious Ecole Polytechnique by training, Nathalie dedicated the first part of her life to politics. She was elected to the French parliament at the age of 29 and won three successful elections as an MP. She then served as a minister in the French Government, holding several positions, with a particular focus on sustainability and the digital economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a member of Parliament and then as Minister of the Environment, Transportation and Housing, and number two of the French Government, Nathalie initiated and implemented the constitutional reforms and major laws which have since been the cornerstone of the French environmental legislation \u201cCharte de l\u2019Environnement\u201d (2003-2005) to the \u201cGrenelle de l\u2019Environnement\u201d I and II (2009 and 2010). She also deployed the corresponding public policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a Minister for Digital Economy, she launched the development of the optical fiber network in France and initiated new public programs relating to digital and internet challenges, both from an economic and social standpoints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2017, she moved to the United States, joining Capgemini in New York as Executive Vice President, focused on cloud computing and cybersecurity. Whilst at Capgemini, Nathalie was head of the projects and consulting business in North America and oversaw the integration of cybersecurity company Leidos Cyber into the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nathalie joined Antin in 2021 as a senior partner and founding member of the NextGen Fund, a 1.2bn vehicle dedicated to investing into new, greener and more digitalized infrastructures.
